GLOVES FIT AND BOX COSTA RICA is a dynamic training studio in Madrid that blends boxing-inspired fitness with functional conditioning in a high-energy, coach-led setting. Sessions are built around The Gloves Therapy concept, combining group workouts, boxing technique and total-body strength and endurance work to help you move better and feel stronger. Classes take place in small groups, so coaches can correct form, adjust intensity and keep you motivated from start to finish. The atmosphere is loud, musical and community-focused, ideal if you like to train hard alongside other committed people. Alongside group workouts, the gym also offers personal training and open box time, giving you space to work on specific skills or customized programs at your own pace. Whether you are just starting out or already experienced, the programming scales to different levels and places real emphasis on continuous progression and clear training structure.
