About

Mikes Gym in Malaga is a purpose-built obstacle course racing and functional fitness retreat set in the hills above the Costa del Sol. Established in 2010, it has grown into one of Europe’s largest OCR facilities, attracting athletes, teams and fitness enthusiasts from across the world. The gym combines a 5 km assault course with over 150 hand-built obstacles, heavy weightlifting zones, a boxing gym, ninja alley and grip training areas, plus a dedicated yoga pagoda and open functional training spaces. Members and visiting groups can train on-site, stay in camp-style accommodation for more than 60 people and refuel with nutritious meals on the premises, creating a full immersion training experience. The atmosphere is intense yet welcoming, with structured introductions to the obstacle course and regular group sessions that cater to all levels, from first-timers to seasoned competitors seeking a challenging, adventure-focused environment.
