Boxfit18 Osuna — HYROX Gym

Boxfit18 Osuna is a dedicated Crosstraining box in Osuna that focuses on functional strength and conditioning in a supportive, small-group setting. Training sessions are built around constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, using classic box equipment such as barbells, rigs, kettlebells and conditioning machines. The atmosphere is friendly and down-to-earth: members train together in limited-size classes, with a coach closely following each athlete and adapting the workout to every level, from beginner to advanced. Beyond daily Crosstraining, the gym programs specific sessions such as DEKA-style conditioning, gymnastics-focused work, F18 and MC Training, as well as occasional special events like Halloween workouts. Since 2020, Boxfit18 Osuna has welcomed hundreds of athletes who come not only to improve their fitness, but also to share effort, have fun and connect with people who share the same passion for functional training.
