HYBRID SEGOVIA is a dedicated functional training box in Segovia that brings together people who enjoy training hard in a friendly, social environment. Here the “box” is more than just a room with rigs and barbells: it is a place to have fun, share effort and meet others who share your passion for fitness. Classes are done in small groups with limited spots and a coach who constantly watches your technique and adapts the workout to your level, whether you are just starting or already advanced. The gym’s program revolves around demanding, varied sessions such as Crosstraining, SuperMetcon, Endurance on machines, Strength, advanced Gymnastics, fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility and Hyrox-oriented classes. Members can also use Open Box slots to train independently. This mix of coached classes and open training creates a serious yet welcoming training atmosphere for people who want structured programming, technical guidance and a committed community in Segovia.
