WIMUV — HYROX Gym in Sevilla

WIMUV is a functional training center in Salteras, just outside Seville, designed for people who want structured, coached workouts in a motivating environment. With four dedicated training rooms and more than 200 m² of space, the gym is organized for varied, high-intensity sessions built around functional movements and strength work. Programming focuses on cross-training style workouts that combine strength, conditioning and everyday athletic skills, helping members improve performance and feel fitter in daily life. Sessions are coach-led in small groups, so you are guided through warm-up, technique and the main workout with close attention to form and intensity.
