MARCHON Stratford is a coach-led performance gym in East London, built for people who want more structure and support than a typical commercial gym. Here, every session is programmed for you, with expert coaches on the floor guiding technique, loading and progression so you can train with confidence. The timetable offers over 30 sessions a week, spanning strength training, conditioning and mixed-modal workouts designed to improve real-world performance, not just aesthetics. Group numbers are capped to keep coaching standards high and ensure you get personal attention, whether you are relatively new to training or already experienced.
