NEW HORIZON CROSSFIT — HYROX Gym in Hatfield

New Horizon CrossFit is a strength and conditioning gym serving the Hatfield and wider Welwyn Hatfield community with structured, coach-led training. The gym focuses on CrossFit, functional strength work and conditioning sessions designed to build fitness that carries over to everyday life and sport. Members train in small groups under the supervision of experienced coaches who emphasise correct technique, appropriate scaling options and sustainable progression. Programming blends weightlifting, bodyweight movements and varied workouts so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side while following the same session at suitably adjusted levels. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and community-driven, with members encouraged to support one another and celebrate progress in and out of the gym. Clear training tracks and a consistent class timetable help busy professionals, parents and students fit regular training into their week.
