Led by owner and coach Veronica Andrews, the team brings over a decade of combined experience in personal training and group coaching to help everyday people move better, feel stronger and live more active lives. The gym specialises in structured group fitness classes and tailored one-to-one training, blending strength work, conditioning and functional movements that carry over into real life. Sessions are coach-led from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on safe technique, smart progression and clear guidance for all ability levels.
