Evolve Fitness is a locally owned 24/7 gym serving Appleton and the Grand Chute area, designed for people who want serious strength training in a friendly, approachable environment. Founded by NASM-certified trainer Maria, the gym was created to fill a gap between overcrowded big-box clubs and small studios, offering comprehensive equipment without an intimidating atmosphere. Members train with Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines, Life Fitness circuit stations and a dedicated Glute HQ area, alongside a full range of cardio options from treadmills and ellipticals to bikes, rowers and an Assault air bike. A functional training zone with TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes and plyo boxes supports athletic and performance-focused workouts, while a separate stretching room encourages recovery and mobility work.
