Patriot CrossFit is a long-standing CrossFit affiliate in Arlington, helping members transform their health and fitness since 2008 through proven functional training. The gym focuses on safe, efficient movement patterns and coach-led classes that blend strength work and conditioning into one dynamic hour. With carefully structured sessions including warm-up, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning, Patriot CrossFit makes fitness goals a side effect of having fun. The community welcomes ambitious, curious and motivated people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you are brand new to exercise, returning after time off, or rebuilding after an injury.
