The Garage Chicago is a strength and hybrid training gym in Chicago’s West Town, purpose-built for athletes who want to be stronger, faster, and more resilient for life. Born in a backyard garage during 2020 and now housed in a converted auto shop, it blends gritty performance training with a highly coached, community-first atmosphere. Training is structured around two complementary spaces: The Garage, centered on strength, power, and conditioning, and The Apartment, focused on mobility, recovery, and durability work like infrared yoga and kettlebell or mace flows. Programming features progressive strength cycles (HEAVY AF), fully balanced strength-and-conditioning sessions (STRONG X), and high-volume HYBRID conditioning classes designed to push capacity and mental toughness. With small classes, intentional coaching, and a lifestyle approach that values long-term health as much as performance, The Garage Chicago attracts driven everyday athletes looking for serious training and a supportive crew.
