CrossFit Aggieland is a long-standing, award-winning CrossFit gym in College Station, recognized 13 times as Best of the Brazos and serving the community since 2013. This gym focuses on coach-led CrossFit, structured strength training, and performance-driven classes built on Mayhem programming, the same system used by top CrossFit athletes. Members train functional movements like rowing, sled work, carries, lunges, and wall balls to build strength, endurance, and work capacity under fatigue. The atmosphere is supportive and hard-working, with every fitness level welcomed, from Texas A&M students to busy professionals and seasoned athletes. CrossFit Aggieland also offers one-on-one personal training, a fundamentals of fitness program for newcomers, and Saturday Free-for-All sessions to make starting or progressing your training easier. With expert coaching, well-designed programming, and a tight-knit community, it is a go-to destination for serious functional fitness in the Brazos Valley.
