PITFIT — HYROX Gym in Dallas

PITFIT is a high-energy HIIT gym hidden three floors below Travis Walk Plaza in a Travis Street parking garage, giving Dallas athletes a truly underground training experience. Founded in 2020 by Chris Wiese, it was born during the pandemic as a hardcore space for people serious about changing themselves physically and mentally. Classes are structured 60-minute, non-stop interval sessions that blend strength and conditioning, using tools like dumbbells, stationary bikes, ski machines, resistance bands, tires and sprint work. The open-air, cage-style environment, pulsing music and small class caps create a focused, intense atmosphere where commitment is expected and excuses are left at the door. PITFIT attracts a diverse crowd, from busy professionals to seasoned fitness enthusiasts, unified by a mentality of pushing limits and showing up consistently. Every session is coach-led and varied, keeping regulars challenged while welcoming newcomers of any starting fitness level.
