Beast Mode CrossFit — HYROX Gym in Friendswood

Beast Mode CrossFit is a dedicated CrossFit facility serving the Friendswood, Texas community with a clear focus on functional strength and conditioning. As the city’s only CrossFit gym, it combines elements of track and field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman in short, intense daily workouts designed to improve real-life movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, and carrying. Training takes place in a classic CrossFit box environment, with structured one-hour classes led by experienced coaches who guide members through warm-up, skill work, and the workout of the day. The gym also hosts Beastmode Barbell Club, coached by Suzy Sanchez, a four-time Team USA member and USA Weightlifting University American record holder, offering Olympic weightlifting programs for both novice and advanced lifters, as well as youth athletes. This combination of high-level barbell coaching and inclusive CrossFit programming creates a focused, goal-driven atmosphere for everyday athletes.
