BFT West Frisco is a coach-led group strength and conditioning studio serving the Frisco community with science-backed, progressive programming. Each 50-minute session is designed for all fitness levels and blends strength training, cardio, HIIT-style conditioning and boxing-inspired workouts to build muscle, improve endurance and boost overall fitness. With multiple accredited coaches on the floor, members receive close attention and form correction while still enjoying the energy of small-group training. Sessions are structured using heart-rate technology and planned training blocks, giving you a clear path to progress week after week. The studio atmosphere is high-energy yet welcoming, with a focus on accountability, encouragement and results rather than overcrowded classes.
