About

DTC CrossFit is a long-standing CrossFit gym serving the Denver Tech Center area of Greenwood Village since 2013. In its more than 11,000 sq. ft. training space, the team delivers expert coaching and proven programming built around weightlifting, gymnastics and high-intensity cardio to help everyday athletes break barriers and grow stronger. Classes follow a structured hour with purposeful training and scalable workouts for all levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors. The atmosphere is energetic and focused yet welcoming, with members pushing each other, sweating side by side and celebrating progress together. DTC CrossFit emphasizes consistency, tracking results and building sustainable habits both inside and outside the gym, supported by guidance on recovery, mobility and lifestyle. The community is competitive and supportive in equal measure, making it a place where people in the DTC area come to train with intent and stay accountable.
