CrossFit Lunacy — HYROX Gym in Hampden

CrossFit Lunacy is a community-focused CrossFit gym in Hampden, Massachusetts, built around functional fitness, fun and a welcoming, ego-free atmosphere. The gym brings together “super strong, hard-working, chalk-throwing, song-singing” athletes who lift, sweat and laugh together in coach-led group classes. Every session is designed around the CrossFit methodology, with movements that carry over to daily life such as squatting, lifting, balancing, running or walking, and step-based jumping variations. Safety is a core value: coaches emphasize technique over ego and scale each workout to individual abilities, physical limitations and experience so newcomers and advanced athletes can train side by side. Members are encouraged to arrive with an open mind, trust their coaches and focus on becoming the best version of themselves.
