About

O Athletik is a 35,000-square-foot training playground in Houston’s Heights, created by elite athletes to bring performance-style training to everyday people. The space combines a heavily equipped weight room with turf zones, an outdoor training hill, a sand pit and an endless swimming pool, giving members room to lift, sprint, climb and recover in one place. Signature programs range from performance and conditioning classes like “O”gility and Alpha Strong to yoga and hot yoga, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA and barre. With more than 100 classes per week and instructor-led sessions from early morning to evening, the schedule suits both busy professionals and dedicated athletes. An in-gym café, sauna and steam room, plus adult sports leagues and Little O programs for kids, foster a club-style community where families and individuals can train, compete and unwind under one roof.
