In this 10,000 sq ft facility, members train with structured CrossFit classes, dedicated HYROX sessions, open gym hours and tailored personal training programs. The coaching team, led by experienced trainers like Alberto “Coach AL” Gonzalez, guides athletes of different levels through strength work, Olympic lifting, conditioning and functional workouts adapted to their goals.
