Born during the pandemic, the gym was designed to keep people safely moving together, combining an outdoor pavilion, shaded structures and fully equipped training zones with the motivation of live coaching. GOAT stands for Group Open Air Training, and the schedule reflects that mission with a wide mix of strength development, Pilates‑based conditioning, TRX, cycling, run series, low‑intensity options for seniors, and high‑energy formats like martial arts, barre and dance-inspired workouts. Classes are a la carte, attracting locals who value flexibility as much as consistency. The atmosphere is welcoming and team‑oriented, with instructors leading varied small-group sessions that emphasize community, accountability and fun.
