BODI is a high-intensity strength and conditioning gym rooted in the heart of Scottsdale, just steps from the Old Town and Scottsdale Waterfront area. Founded in 2013, it has grown into a staple of the local fitness community, known for athletic, results-driven group training that still feels welcoming to beginners. Classes range from interval-based strength sessions and HIIT-style Sweat workouts to dedicated Upper and Lower BODI LIFT programs built around progressive overload. Members can also tap into daily boxing classes and BODI Mat, a heated red light yoga and Pilates fusion that blends performance with recovery.
