Founded by Doug and Thea, the club was designed as an all-in-one space where members can lift, train, recharge, and connect under one roof. The 12,000 sq. ft. facility features a state-of-the-art gym floor with top-tier machines, functional training areas, and a dedicated turf zone for athletic and performance work. Members can complement their strength and conditioning with advanced recovery options such as sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and IV therapy, all integrated into a single membership experience. A modern Connect Space allows you to work remotely or meet with others between sessions, turning the club into an all-day hub rather than a quick in-and-out gym.
