Simpsonville Fitness Company — HYROX Gym

Simpsonville Fitness Company is home to CrossFit Simpsonville, a community-first training space serving Simpsonville and the wider Upstate South Carolina area. Built to keep an existing member community together, the gym focuses on functional fitness using the CrossFit methodology, led by passionate coaches who prioritize education and proper movement patterns. New members start with a dedicated Foundations program made up of small one-on-one or small-group sessions, where coaches teach and assess fundamental movements before progressing to regular classes. Daily workouts are coached in detail so members understand not only how to move, but why each session is programmed. Class sizes stay intentionally small, creating a supportive, close-knit atmosphere where people from all walks of life can challenge themselves and grow. Simpsonville Fitness Company aims to help every member become a better version of themselves, inside and outside the gym.
