Pack Animal Fitness is a 24-hour, member-access gym in St. Petersburg designed for serious training without the intimidation factor. Housed in an 11,000-square-foot, warehouse-style space with AC, it offers an elite environment for strength work, bodybuilding, powerlifting, weight loss, and muscle building. Members can train on their own schedule with secure self-service entry, or work with experienced personal trainers for tailored programs and technique coaching. The gym also supports physique and stage goals with posing sessions and focused conditioning. To optimize recovery and performance, Pack Animal Fitness provides massage therapy, a cold plunge, and an infrared sauna, along with practical nutrition guidance. Family-owned and operated, it welcomes everyone from beginners to seasoned lifters, fostering a tight-knit, hard-working community where results, consistency, and personal bests are the priority.
