About

CrossFit Wildwood, part of Wildwood Fitness Collective, is a locally owned functional training gym serving Wildwood and the wider West County area in Missouri. Founded in 2013 by coach Mike Petruso, the gym has grown into a high-performing community focused on strength, performance and long-term results. Members train in coach-led group functional strength sessions, hybrid conditioning classes and Olympic weightlifting, with tailored programs also available for teens and adults over 60 who want to stay strong, mobile and independent. The atmosphere is supportive and goal-driven: classes are energetic, technique-focused and built around practical movements that carry over to everyday life and sport. With options ranging from elite personal training to VO2 max and body composition testing, CrossFit Wildwood attracts motivated beginners, experienced lifters and competitive functional fitness athletes who all value expert coaching, smart programming and a tight-knit community.
