From Buitenpost, Dutch events in cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Den Haag are typically reached in about 2.5 to 3 hours by car, or around 3 hours by train with a simple connection via Groningen or Leeuwarden. Drivers can use the A7 and A6 or A32 corridors for direct access to the Randstad. For international races, German HYROX venues are within easy reach: Hamburg or Hannover are roughly 3.5 to 4.5 hours by car, and can also be accessed by train from Groningen with one or two changes. Schiphol Airport, about 2.5 hours away by train, opens up convenient flights to other European HYROX cities such as London, Paris or Copenhagen, giving Buitenpost athletes plenty of options to compete.
