By car, Málaga is around 110 km away, reachable in about 1 hour and 15 minutes, while Sevilla is roughly 150 km, in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Madrid lies approximately 400 km to the north, around 4 hours by car or about 2 hours by high-speed train from nearby Córdoba. Valencia and Barcelona are further but still accessible by a combination of regional train to Córdoba and high-speed rail, or by domestic flights from Málaga. For cross-border races, athletes can drive or take trains from Andalusia towards Portugal, or connect via flights from Málaga or Sevilla to key HYROX hubs in Western Europe, keeping a wide range of competition options within convenient travel distance.
