The closest mainland events are typically in Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona and Valencia, all reachable by a short flight from Ibiza Airport in around 30–60 minutes to Palma and 50–70 minutes to Barcelona or Valencia. Ferries link Ibiza to Palma and the Iberian Peninsula, offering an alternative for athletes travelling by car, with crossings usually taking 2–9 hours depending on the route. From Barcelona or Valencia, high-speed trains open access to further Spanish races such as Madrid or Malaga in roughly 2–3.5 hours. Ibiza’s airport also offers seasonal and regular connections to major European hubs like Madrid, London, Paris or Berlin, allowing convenient onward flights to HYROX events in nearby countries including France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy.
