On mainland Spain, Barcelona is one of the easiest major HYROX destinations to reach from Gran Canaria by plane, typically around 3 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 45 minutes nonstop, followed by city transport to the venue. Madrid is another viable option, with similar flight times and broad connection choices.
