Miami and Fort Lauderdale often serve as gateways to HYROX competitions in large metropolitan areas such as Orlando, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago or New York, typically reachable by direct flights in 1.5 to 3 hours from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International or Miami International Airport. Driving to Orlando takes around 3.5 hours, opening up additional race options in Central Florida when scheduled. For international events, airports in Fort Lauderdale and Miami offer nonstop routes to key HYROX cities in Canada, Mexico and Europe, making cross-border trips manageable for weekend race travel. Within South Florida, local commuting by car or rideshare keeps access to airports and interstate highways simple for Sunrise residents.
