Overland, New York City is roughly 220 miles from Woburn, around four hours by car or by Amtrak from Boston’s South Station, opening access to large East Coast events. Montreal and Toronto are popular cross-border options, reachable by direct flights from Boston in about 1 to 2 hours. With quick access to interstate highways, regional rail and international air routes, Woburn athletes can easily plan HYROX race weekends across the United States and into Canada.
