PLAY — HYROX Gym in Camperdown

PLAY in Camperdown is a dedicated CrossFit and performance facility designed for people who want training that is both challenging and genuinely enjoyable. Founded by athlete and coach Khan Porter, the gym builds its philosophy around “play” as a source of fun and fulfilment, with workouts that help members feel, move and look better. Programming combines classic CrossFit with varied strength, conditioning and skill sessions, supported by a structured beginner on-ramp to develop confidence and solid technique before joining group classes. The space is clean, spacious and well equipped, and classes are coached with close attention to movement quality and individual needs.
