THE STNDRD HQ in Narellan is a purpose-built, two-level strength and conditioning facility designed for people who want structured, results-driven training. The ground floor is dedicated to strength and muscle development, built around a freestanding rig for squats, presses, pulls and other key compound lifts. Surrounding the rig is a wide range of Hammer Strength and Life Fitness machines, cable stations and free weights, allowing coaches to guide beginners and experienced lifters through strict, controlled movement patterns. Programming focuses on building strength, improving conditioning and developing confidence, with fully coached, class-based sessions that remove guesswork and emphasise progression. The space features a signature dark aesthetic with aqua neon lighting, an open, clean layout and full air-conditioning and fan cooling, creating an immersive environment that keeps you focused. Formerly G3 Fitness Narellan, the gym has evolved into a modern, elite training hub built for all levels but held to one standard.
