Richmond Olympic Oval is a landmark multi-sport and fitness centre in Richmond, British Columbia, created from an Olympic venue and reimagined for everyday training. Its expansive fitness centre offers over 1,100 square metres of space with industry-leading strength and cardio equipment, from Technogym Skill Line treadmills and stair climbers to assault bikes, Synergy 360 systems, battle ropes and landmines. Dedicated Olympic lifting platforms with Eleiko equipment cater to serious lifters looking to refine technique and build power, while a wide range of free weights and selectorized machines supports all experience levels. Members can add variety with daily group fitness classes in multiple studios, including high-energy spin, HIIT and yoga sessions led by motivating instructors. Flooded with natural light and overlooking the Fraser River and Coast Mountains, the Oval provides an inspiring training environment that attracts everyone from beginners to performance-focused athletes.
