Makitha CrossFit is a gym located in Champagne-au-Mont-d’Or, in the heart of the western Lyon area. This box focuses on accessible CrossFit, with functional training designed to improve overall fitness for daily life. Sessions combine basic movements, strength work, gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio training to build endurance, power, coordination and mobility. The gym also offers Pilates classes to strengthen the core and improve posture through a gentler, more controlled approach. Makitha CrossFit aims to support athletes of all levels in a supportive environment where progress is made together, both physically and mentally. The training space, built around small coached classes, encourages individual attention, group cohesion and sustainable performance development.
