L’Appart Fitness Lyon 9 Valvert is a spacious 1400 m² gym fully dedicated to fitness in the heart of Lyon’s 9th district. The club offers a large strength area equipped with guided machines and free weights, along with a complete cardio zone featuring treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and rowers to build endurance in a modern, bright setting. Members also enjoy coached group classes on varied formats for muscle strengthening, cardio work or wellness. Coaches are present on the floor to advise, correct technique and adapt sessions to individual goals from beginners to experienced athletes. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, with a loyal local community seeking professional guidance in a pleasant environment.
