About

Emeraude CrossFit is the only CrossFit box located in Dinard, north of Ille-et-Vilaine, on the Cote d'Emeraude. In a 500 m2 space, including 300 m2 dedicated to training, the gym offers a functional and minimalist setting designed for performance and progression. Coaches lead sessions adapted to all levels and ages, with specific classes in Weightlifting, Gym, Engine as well as Seniors and Kids sessions. Emphasis is placed on quality of guidance, teaching and safety so that everyone can progress at their own pace. The community brings together beginners and experienced athletes in a supportive and motivating atmosphere, where people come both to train seriously and to share a friendly moment. Emeraude CrossFit positions itself as a genuine hub of sports life in Dinard, accessible and well-structured.
