Dinard CrossFit is a CrossFit box located in La Richardais, at the heart of the Emerald Coast, welcoming beginners and experienced athletes alike. The facility offers a wide range of complementary disciplines: CrossFit, mobility, Functional Body Building for strength work, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and dedicated sessions for children through CrossFit Kids. Workouts take place in small groups of around 16 people to ensure attentive and individualized coaching regardless of level or goals. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, driven by a close-knit local community of athletes who train together, push their limits, and build confidence. The training environment, structured around varied WODs and technical drills, helps develop strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility in a safe and supervised setting.
