L’APPART FITNESS DRAGUIGNAN is a 1000 m² gym designed to provide a welcoming and motivating training environment in the heart of Draguignan. Whether you are a beginner, returning to exercise or an experienced athlete, the team of certified coaches supports you in your goals of weight loss, fitness improvement or muscle strengthening through personalized follow-up and tailored advice. The club offers a large cardio-training area, a guided and free weight zone, as well as dedicated spaces for cross training and group classes. You can practice BodyPump, BodyCombat, Zumba, Pilates, RPM, CAF and other varied disciplines in a family atmosphere that encourages mutual support and progression at your own pace. Changing rooms with showers and a relaxation area complete the experience so you can train comfortably throughout the year.
