About

CrossFit Drakon is the first affiliated box in the Dracenie area, based in Trans-en-Provence in the heart of the Var. The facility offers CrossFit sessions led by a team of coaches who support members at every level and with every goal. Workouts revolve around varied WODs that combine strength, endurance and gymnastics, with dedicated slots for teenagers through the WOD Teens programme. The box emphasises personal attention, safe progression and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone belongs, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. The training space is laid out like a true CrossFit box, encouraging small-group work and mutual support among members to build a tight-knit community around effort and self-improvement.
