About

Appart Fitness Firminy is a modern 1100 m² gym designed to support both beginners and regular practitioners. The club is organized around several complementary zones: a cardio area for endurance work, a strength and weight training area for building power, and three rooms dedicated to group classes. Certified coaches offer a wide range of sessions, from Les Mills classes (Bodyattack, Bodybalance, Bodypump) to cross training, Pilates, RPM and personalized coaching for closer guidance. The atmosphere is warm, structured and motivating, with special attention to member comfort through changing rooms equipped with lockers and individual showers, plus heating and air conditioning so you can train comfortably all year round.
