About

CrossFit Saint-Chamond was the first CrossFit gym to open in the town, with the clear aim of making physical preparation accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes. Run by qualified and passionate coaches, the box offers varied workouts structured around the CrossFit method: functional movements, full-body strength work, cardio sessions and mobility training. Class sizes are limited to ensure individual attention, precise technique correction and measurable progress over time. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive: members encourage one another and share a real team spirit, far from impersonal commercial gyms. With a dedicated training space, a large functional floor area and CrossFit-specific equipment, every session is designed to build fitness, self-confidence and enjoyment of training.
