FWA CrossFit — HYROX Gym in La Madeleine

FWA CrossFit is a large 1600 m² box located in La Madeleine, on the outskirts of Lille, designed for those who want to train seriously in a structured and friendly setting. Here, CrossFit sessions combine strength work, weightlifting, bodyweight gymnastics and metabolic conditioning within varied WODs, supervised by certified coaches. The programming alternates group classes, specific time slots and open training periods to allow everyone to progress at their own pace, from beginner to advanced athlete. The atmosphere is accessible and supportive, with a tight-knit community that values mutual support and consistency rather than performance at all costs. The training space, spacious and functional, allows athletes to train in good conditions, whether they come to get back in shape, build strength or prepare for more ambitious goals.
