SAFE Training is a CrossFit gym located in Lille that focuses on guided progression and safety at every session. Workouts are built around varied WODs, combining strength training, metabolic conditioning and Olympic lifting movements adapted to each level. The coaching team supports members in learning technical movements, with particular attention to execution quality and injury prevention.
