CrossFit ZaanForce is a dedicated CrossFit box in Assendelft, bringing together a diverse community in a no‑nonsense, high‑energy training environment. The coaching team follows a proven, constantly varied program that blends weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio to build real‑world fitness, not just gym numbers.
