Cardio Fitness Beverwijk in Beverwijk is a large-scale training centre designed for people who take their fitness and strength seriously. Spread over around 3,000 m², the gym offers an impressive mix of strength, cardio and group training options under one roof. You will find extensive strength and cardio areas with a remarkable variety of machines and free weights, attracting bodybuilders, dedicated lifters and motivated beginners alike. The atmosphere is focused and performance-oriented, but still accessible thanks to clear layout and plenty of training space. Three group studios host classes ranging from senior fitness to Powerhour, boxing bag workouts, kickboxing and HYROX sessions, so there is always an energetic class on the schedule for different levels. A large abdominal training zone, multifunctional area with climbing frame and walkways, and a dedicated boxing hall with bags and ring complete a very versatile environment. A permanent team of personal trainers is available for tailored guidance and structured progress.
