Armher — HYROX Gym in Somerset West

Armher is a women’s-only gym in Somerset West created as a sanctuary for women who want to train with purpose and feel genuinely supported. The space is designed around coach-led classes that blend boxing, strength training, functional fitness and Pilates, with structured hybrid programs such as StrongHER to help members progress with intention. Every session starts from solid movement fundamentals, with a strong focus on technique, strength and safety so women of different ages and fitness levels can train confidently. Armher’s community is described as a sisterhood: women from all walks of life who show up as they are, work hard together and celebrate each other’s wins, big or small. The atmosphere balances grit and encouragement, inviting members to punch, lift, sprint and stretch in a setting where resilience, confidence and personal growth matter as much as physical results.
