MARMAT ACADEMY is a hybrid functional strength and health center in Alcorcón that combines performance training with a strong focus on overall wellbeing. The gym is structured into three distinct areas, designed to work not only on your physical condition but also on your mental and emotional balance. Its methodology is based on hybrid and functional strength training, using constantly varied movements such as pushing, pulling, jumping and transferring loads, always prioritizing correct technique and smart progression. Members can choose from a wide range of group classes, including Functional & Hybrid Strength, calisthenics, weightlifting and power strength, Pilates and healthy back, as well as high-energy dance formats like Dance to Burn. The team also offers Open Academy training and fully tailored personal coaching for individuals or small groups, helping beginners and advanced athletes alike discover what they are truly capable of in a welcoming, community-driven space.
