CrossFit North London — HYROX Gym

CrossFit North London is a friendly, community-focused CrossFit gym bringing structured, coach-led training to North London. The gym runs daily CrossFit classes built around strength, conditioning and skill work, with programming designed so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side. Sessions are capped and always supervised by a qualified coach, with a strong emphasis on safe movement, clear instruction and scalable workouts.
