CrossFit Medway is a dedicated CrossFit affiliate serving the Medway community with coached strength and conditioning in a supportive, no-ego environment. Every session is fully coached, with small class sizes so members get the individual attention, guidance and feedback usually associated with personal training. Programming focuses on constantly varied functional movements, combining barbell lifts, gymnastics, conditioning and accessory work to build strength, fitness and confidence that carry over into everyday life. The coaching team places a strong emphasis on teaching solid technique and scaling options, making the workouts accessible whether you are brand new to training or have years of experience. The community is welcoming and down-to-earth, with members training alongside each other, celebrating progress and sharing the hard work. The space is set up for group training, with clear stations and structured sessions so you always know what you are doing and why.
